Invitation to Tender CONTRACT NO. CT001434 Early Years Provider (EYP) Panel

Wyndham City Council is seeking qualified and experienced early childhood education and care providers for inclusion on the Early Years Provider Panel. Successful providers will partner with Council to deliver flexible, community-responsive early childhood education, care, and family-centred services across the municipality.

Panel members will operate under Council’s Early Years Partnership Framework and Cost Framework to support integrated and locally responsive services for children and families. Providers appointed to the panel will enter into a Panel Deed with Council.

This Expression of Interest closes 11 December 2025 at 5:00pm (AEDT).
