Invitation to Tender Contract No CT001466 - Panel Contract for Audio-Visual Services

Council is seeking to establish a panel contract arrangement to meet a range of Audio-Visual requirements that may arise through any small, low-risk, minor and major projects conducted by Wyndham City Council Facilities, Fleet and Depot stores department and delivered within the Wyndham Council area.

The tender package is available for download via the Tenderlink portal, submissions will also be received via the TenderLink E-Tendering portal.

All enquiries relating to the project scope should be directed through the Tenderlink Supplier Noticeboard established for this tender.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Tenderlink Portal no later than 12 Noon on Wednesday, 10th December 2025

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
