Conditions of your permit
Your permit may have conditions like:
- hours of use
- how long the permit is for
- what types of things you can put on the footpath.
If you don’t meet these conditions, or if the footpath is needed for another use, we may need to revoke your permit.
Renewing your permit
All footpath trading permits renew every year on 31 August. We will send you an email reminder before this date.
If there are no changes to your permit, you will only need to pay the yearly fee for the items you have on the footpath. You will not have to pay the application fee again.
Changing an existing permit
If there are changes to your permit, you will need to make an amendment to your permit. [Make an amendment]
