This article explains how to view planning proposals through our online service portal. This is for customers who want to make a submission, either for or against the proposal.
Before you start
You’ll need:
- an account in our online service platform.
Steps
- Sign in to our online service portal, or follow the steps to create an account if you haven’t signed in before.
- Click or tap on ‘Applications On Notification’ to view applications that are advertised.
- Scroll the list or search for the proposal you wish to view. You can search by address, application number or application type.
- Click or tap on the application you wish to view.
- Click or tap on the button with three dots. On a desktop screen, this will be located in the top right-hand corner. Click or tap on 'Lodge a submission'.
- Complete the form and upload any attachments. When you are ready, click or tap on the button labelled 'Submit'.
