How to update your contact details

This article explains how to update your contact details in our online services portal. This is for property owners, permit applicants, business owners and animal owners.

Before you start

You’ll need:

  • an account in our online service platform
  • your updated contact details.

Steps

  1. Sign in to our online service portal, or follow the steps to create an account if you haven’t signed in before.
  2. Click or tap on ‘My Details’
  3. Click or tap on 'Communication Methods'
  4. To update your existing contact details, click or tap on the button with three dots and select 'Replace' or 'Delete'. 
  5. To add an additional contact record, click on the button labelled 'Add Communication Method'. On mobile, select the button at the bottom of your screen.
  6. Enter your new details and click or tap on the button labelled 'Save'.
