This article explains how to update your registered pet's details. This is for customers whose pets:
- have gone missing
- are kept at a different address
- have left Wyndham City
- have died.
Before you start
You’ll need:
- an account in our online service platform
- if your pet is kept at a different address, the details of the new address.
Steps
- Sign in to our online service portal, or follow the steps to create an account if you haven’t signed in before.
- Click or tap on ‘My Animals’. You should see a list of any pets who are registered to you.
- If you want to let us know that your pet is missing, click or tap on the button with three dots. Select 'Mark as Lost'. If you find your pet, repeat these steps and selet 'Mark as Found'.
- For anything else, click or tap on the button labelled 'View'.
- On desktop, click on the button labelled 'More'. This is located in the top left-hand corner of your screen. On a mobile or smaller screen, click on the three dots in the top menu bar.
- Select the action you want to take and complete the form fields that appear.
Hints and tips
- If you are creating an account for the first time, you will need to wait for your account to be linked to your pet's registration. This can take a few days.
- If you created an account more than a week ago and still cannot see your pet's registration details, please contact us. We may need to ask you some questions to verify your identity.
