Encore Events Centre and Wyndham Cultural Centre

Encore Events Centre and Wyndham Cultural Centre will continue to accept booking enquiries via their websites and booking enquiry forms. However, the format of these enquiries will change, as both venues will transition to the new booking system later in the year.

Wyndham City Council offer a range of rooms and venues for hire across the city. Capacity limits vary across the facilities. There is high demand for indoor spaces, so please be flexible when considering the date and time of room and venue hire.

Facility Rooms Suitable For
Community Centres Community events and programs, meetings, exhibitions, recreational programs, training, seminars, consultations. Capacity limits vary across the Community Centres with limits up to 160 people.
Community Halls Venues Council Halls are suitable for dancing, meetings, exhibitions, exercise classes, seminars, small groups, events. Capacity limits vary across Council Hall venues with limits up to 225 people.
Encore Events Centre Meetings, conferences, training, workshops, exhibitions, banquets, community events, performances, and weddings. Capacity limits up to 1000 people.
Wyndham Cultural Centre Theatre (477 seats) suitable for drama, dance, concerts, presentations, community events, school productions, speech nights, award ceremonies. 
Youth @ Hoppers Crossing Youth programs, meetings, band rehearsal, recreational programs, training and seminars. Non-for-profit community groups, organisations or agencies that provide a service to young people under aged 25 may hire the rooms. Capacity limits up to 100 people.
Sports Pavilion Community group activities, meetings, group fitness, training, school programs.

Eagle Stadium

 

 Meetings, workshops, training, seminars, presentations. Capacity limits up to 80 people.
Chirnside Park Chirnside’s By The River located on the Chirnside Park precinct is a modern function venue available for all types of events including birthdays, weddings, presentation nights, corporate training sessions, funerals, wakes. Capacity 200+ people.

Community Centres & Halls

Suitable for events and programs, meetings, exhibitions, recreational programs, training, seminars, consultations. Council halls are suitable dancing, meetings, exhibitions, exercise classes, seminars, small groups, events.

Encore Events Centre

Encore is the perfect location for any event. With rooms that cater for 10 - 1,000 people, it is great for meetings, concerts, theatre, banquets and performances.

Penrose Place

Penrose Place is Wyndham’s exciting new open-air event space at 42 Wickford Road, Tarneit.

Eagle Stadium

Wyndham City’s Eagle Stadium is the largest indoor recreation facility in Melbourne’s West.  

Council and Non-Council Managed Community Centres

Community Centres that are owned by Council but run by other organisations or the community are not in this booking system. Please contact the Centre directly to enquire about bookings.
