Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the establishment of a panel of prequalified suppliers for the design, supply, and installation of modular sports and community pavilions.
The panel will support the delivery of new and upgraded facilities across municipal and community assets, with a focus on efficient, scalable, and high-quality modular construction solutions.
Scope of Services
The panel will cover, but is not limited to:
- Design and documentation of modular pavilion facilities
- Off-site fabrication and manufacturing
- Supply and installation of modular building components
- Civil, structural, and services integration (including site works)
- Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Codes, and local authority requirements
- Sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions; and
- Project management, test and commissioning
Modular Projects may include sports pavilions, community hubs, changerooms, amenities buildings, and multipurpose facilities.
The initial term of the panel (Deed of Standing Offer) is five (5) years, with two (2) additional one (1) year extension options, exercisable at the sole discretion of the principal.
