See your rates balance

You can see your outstanding rates balance by logging in to our customer portal. 

Log in

If you do not have a customer account, you will be asked if you would like to create one. Once you have registered, you will need to wait for your properties, applications or transactions to be linked to your new account. This may take a couple of days. 

Get rates notices sent to your email

You can sign up to have your rates notices sent to your email through EzyBill.

Register for EzyBill

You will need your rates assessment number to complete your registration. 

You can see your rates notice at any time by logging in to EzyBill.

Tip tokens

When you sign up to receive your rates notice by email, you will get your tip token as an attachment.

You can use this token by scanning the QR code from your phone at the entrance to the tip.
