- you are a property owner appointing a property agent
- you are a property agent.

If you manage the payment of rates for a property that you do not own, you will need to submit a managing authority form. This could include situations like:
- you have power of attorney for someone
- you need to pay rates on behalf of someone else
- you want to make an enquiry or update details on behalf of someone else.

If you own a property and need to appoint a property agent to manage your rates, you will need to fill in the managing authority form and select 'Property agent' from the options.
