Under Wyndham City’s Community Amenity Local Law a permit is required when a property has more than the permitted amount of animals (e.g. more than 1 dog & 3 cats, more than 2 dogs & 2 cats etc.).

If you need to close part or the entire footpath or nature strip you need to complete and submit an Occupy Space on the Footpath or Nature Strip permit.
