A Footpath Trading Permit will allow you to place items on the footpath provided you comply with the Footpath Trading Policy and Guidelines and the permit conditions.

Under Wyndham City’s Community Amenity Local Law a permit is required when a property has more than the permitted amount of animals (e.g. more than 1 dog & 3 cats, more than 2 dogs & 2 cats etc.).

To help Wyndham residents get more active, more often, we’re keeping the lights turned on for community use at some of our sporting facilities.

If you need to close part or the entire footpath or nature strip you need to complete and submit an Occupy Space on the Footpath or Nature Strip permit.

The Wyndham Youth Civic Participation Project is for people aged 18 – 25 with an interest in how the country is governed.
