The Parks Asset Renewal Program is an annual Wyndham City capital works program that transforms ageing parks and play spaces into new and improved spaces that better meet the community’s needs.

The application involved the demolition of a building located within a Heritage Overlay, which required careful consideration under the Wyndham Planning Scheme.

The project will be delivered over two stages:

Stage one

Located on Derrimut Road and within the future Tarneit Major Town Centre, the facility is expected to include indoor multi-use sport courts, community program rooms, café, office areas and amenities.

The Tarneit Nth Community Precinct is located in the north of the municipality on Polly Parade. The Master Plan proposes the delivery of an Integrated Family Centre and Active Open Space Reserve adjacent a Government School.
