Wyndham City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced security service providers for the provision of security services across Council’s property and facility portfolio.
Council is seeking a provider with demonstrated capability to deliver reliable and responsive security services across 153 sites, including 59 monitored sites, with capacity to service additional locations that may be added during the term of the Contract.
The Services may include security monitoring, mobile patrols, alarm response, keyholding, static guarding, incident response, site inspections, reporting and other related security services as required by Council.
The successful respondent will be required to demonstrate appropriately licensed and trained personnel, suitable vehicles and equipment, effective operational and escalation procedures, secure handling of Council information, strong contract management capability and the ability to provide services on a 24-hour basis where required.
