Wyndham City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultancy entities for the appointment of a Lead Design Consultant for the Community Events Venue Space, known as the Big Shed, to be located at 1 Fortitude Drive, Truganina.
Council is seeking a consultant with demonstrated expertise in greenfield developments, planning, technical design and delivery of community infrastructure, major event facilities, and the coordination of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful respondent will have a proven capability to deliver innovative, value-for-money in design solutions within a constrained project budget, while achieving a 5 Green Star building accreditation.
