Chaffey Ward Councillor, Josh Gilligan, was elected to Council in 2016.
Cr Josh Gilligan was elected Mayor for the 2019/20 term.
He is Council’s Learning City Portfolio Holder, which covers community education, training youth participation and educational advocacy.
Cr Gilligan is a serving board member of the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) representing six councils in Melbourne’s West; Wyndham Community Grants Program Evaluation Panel; and the Wyndham Youth Council.
