The Get Psych’d program is a free program for young people. The sessions are designed for 12-17 year olds.

The workshops are designed to explore ways that help us look after ourselves and our mental wellbeing.

The Get Psych’d program is designed to develop self-awareness by identifying individual values and strengths, understanding emotions, emotional triggers, developing individual coping strategies and implementing wellness plans.
