You will need to prepare and lodge a functional layout plan for your large-scale subdivision.
Section 5 of the Engineering Design and Construction Manual (PDF 2MB) makes reference to the overall principles, submission process and response timelines.
How to lodge your plan
To lodge your functional layout plan, you will need to provide your functional layout plans in colour. These will need to be in PDF format and must identify who the ultimate asset owner will be and what assets (if any) will become the responsibility of Wyndham City Council to maintain.
You will also need to include:
- your approved storm water management strategy (PDF format)
- your approved traffic report (PDF format)
- a copy of your latest endorsed subdivision permit plan (PDF format)
- a copy of your latest endorsed staging plan (PDF format)
- your Melbourne water drainage services scheme plan (electronic file format)
- a copy of your landscape plans if the subdivision stage contains any laneway and/or lot frontage less than 7.5m.
You will need to make sure your submission conforms to all Engineering processes and check sheets (PDF 1.6MB).
