Wyndham Planning Scheme Amendments C150 and C151
Amendment C150 was adopted into the Wyndham Planning Scheme in March 2015. C150 introduced Schedule 1 to the Activity Centre Zone – Werribee Principal Activity Centre as key planning policy guiding new development in the Werribee City Centre. The Werribee City Centre Structure Plan is a key reference document.
Amendment C151 was adopted into the Wyndham Planning Scheme in February 2014. C151 introduced Schedule 1 to Parking Overlay at Clause 45.09 as key planning policy guiding parking provision associated with new development in the Werribee City Centre. Major Projects in Werribee
The Riverbank Promenade is planned to provide a pedestrian walkway for alfresco dining, shopping, entertainment, socialising and enjoyment of the park and river setting.
