The point where stormwater leaves your property and enters our drainage infrastructure is called the legal point of discharge.
If you need to find where the legal point of discharge is on your property, you can apply for legal point of discharge information.
If you are looking for information about sewer pipes, see the Greater Western Water website.

If you don’t have a land title for your property
If your property is in a new development, there might not be a land title for your specific property yet. We can’t provide information about the legal point of discharge until there is a land title for your specific property.
You can apply for legal point of discharge information once your land title has been issued. You will not be able to use the land title for the whole development.
