Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to deliver Insurance Under Excess Claims Management Service in accordance with requirements of the Part B – Specification document for this RFQ. The objective of this Service is to deliver professional and efficient end-to-end insurance claims management services, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with legislative, industry, and Council requirements.
Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option of a two (2) x 1 year extensions, at the discretion of Council, with a total contract tenure of up to 5 years.
Key scope and objectives of the CT001388 – INSURANCE UNDER EXCESS CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SERVICE
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations of claims, supported by relevant evidence and documentation.
- Assess claims in accordance with applicable legislation, industry standards, Council policies, and statutory obligations.
- Review relevant Council records, procedures, management plans, and other information to support claim assessments.
- Facilitate timely and cost-effective claim resolution through appropriate negotiations and recommendations.

The current closing period for all Quote Submissions, which must be electronically submitted through Council’s Tender link Procurement Platform, is no later than 12pm (noon) Friday 30 October 2026 AEDT.
All enquiries relating to the works or services should be channelled directly through the Tender link Message Forum established for this RFQ. Queries raised through the Forum will cease being responded to 1 (one) week prior to the tender closing period.
Late or e-mailed tender submissions will not be accepted. The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
RFQ documents will be made available for downloading through the Tenderlink Portal - noting that registration on the portal is required and that there is no cost to ‘Suppliers’ associated with registration.
