Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the implementation of the Werribee South Beach Construction Project located in Beach Road, Werribee South Beach, VIC 3030.
The scope of works includes, in accordance with Part 4 Specifications and attachments, but is not limited to the construction of:
- Preliminaries and Site Preparation
- Demolition and Preparation Works
- Excavation and Site Works
- Disposal of demolished materials, includes haulage
- Existing tree protection
- Site set out
- Supply & installation of specified pavements including concrete shared user path
- Supply & installation of cycle balustrade
- Supply & installation of maintenance vehicle crossing and gate
- Supply & installation of specified line markings
- Supply & installation of specified garden edging
- Supply & installation of fine gradings
- Supply & installation of advanced trees and plants
- Supply & installation of organic mulch to garden beds and mulched areas
- Grassing & reinstatement
- Supply & installation of specified outdoor furniture & fittings including bench seats, bin enclosures, bollards, bike racks & tactiles
- Supply & installation of specified solar path lighting, including specified footings
- Supply & installation of specified timber lookout deck, including reinforced retaining walls, footings, balustrades & fixtures
- Supply & installation of specified erosion control measures beneath deck area
- Other supplementary works; and
- 12 months Establishment and Maintenance works including an initial 13-week intensive establishment period.
The successful Contractor will be required to deliver the project in accordance with the approved designs, specifications, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
