Wyndham City invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced commercial print businesses for high-quality printing services including offset and digital printing, prepress services and coordination with postal and distribution providers.
High-quality printing includes, but is not limited to the production of programs, brochures, publications, postcards, posters, stickers and other printed materials as required by Council.
It also requires coordination with distribution providers such as Australia Post ™ to facilitate timely and appropriate delivery of printed materials.
Printing services will predominantly be required on an on-demand basis, with a limited number of key publications produced on a regular and scheduled basis.
Wyndham City requires a consistent, efficient and cost-effective printing company that will comply with Council’s branding requirements, deliver high-quality printed materials and can reliably meet agreed production and delivery timeframes.
The Service Provider will work collaboratively and responsively with Council, providing timely quotations, advice on appropriate printing methods and technical advice where required to achieve the required quality, functionality and value for money.

Tender submissions must be lodged electronically via the Tender Link portal no later than 12.00 Noon (AEST) Wednesday 30th September 2026.
Late or emailed tender submissions will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
