Our Mat Pilates class is a full-body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Our classes focus on mindful movement, controlled breathing, and correct alignment to help you build strength from the inside out. Suitable for all fitness levels, each session leaves you feeling balanced, energised, and refreshed.
Note: Please bring your own exercise mat and water to class.
