Looking for some inspiration to get active outdoors or at home?

Wyndham City with the help of the WynActive Health & Fitness team have created a series of Activity Cards for the whole family. Each card contains exercises and activities that can be done in local park or in the comfort of your own home.

Descriptions and pictures will help you complete the exercises safely, and a range of easy to follow tips will help everyone maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Kids

Children should aim to be accumulating 60 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity per day involving mainly aerobic activities.

Getting active as a family is a great way to make sure everyone reaching their goal.

Home Obstacle Course (Ages 3-6 years)

Recess Buddy Workout (Ages 6-12 years)

Adults & Youth

Those 18 years and over should aim to achieve 150 minutes of moderate intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity physical activity, or an equivalent combination of both moderate and vigorous activities, each week.

Finding 30 minutes each day is a great way to get active and reach this goal.
