Get moving and have some fun with a friendly session of table tennis and badminton designed for seniors. Whether you're a regular player or just keen to have a go, come along for some gentle activity and social connection.  Registrations essential.

Don't forget to carry your water bottles and wear your comfiest sports shoes only!

Please note that, as this is a community event, game time may be shared or limited depending on the number of participants on the day. Everyone will be encouraged to take turns, join in and enjoy the fun and friendly spirit of the session.
