Join members of the UPU company for a free poetry writing workshop inspired by the world of UPU.
 

Through poetry writing techniques, gentle prompts and Moana-centred philosophies, participants will be invited to connect with the storyteller within and develop their own poetic voice.

Open to all - whether you write often or have never written a poem before - this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore voice, memory, culture and place through poetry, and to celebrate the power of Moana storytelling.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Age suitability: Recommended for people aged 15 years and older

Workshop will be held in the Green Room at Wyndham Cultural Centre. This can be accessed via the stage door on Synnot Street.
