Justice of the Peace

A justice of the peace is authorised to witness and sign statutory declarations and affidavits and to certify copies of original documents.

Services include:

Attesting the execution of a document
Witnessing an affidavit for use in court
Witnessing a statutory declaration
Certifying a true copy of an original document
Attesting a power of attorney
Certifying a person’s identity
Maximum time per patron is 15 minutes. No bookings, just wait your turn.
