Exercise program for seniors

Are you an absolute beginner and need to learn the basics of computers and computer software? This course is for you!

Runs on Mondays every week, starting 20 April!

Join us in person to develop your child's language, body awareness, motor skills, and imagination through rhymes, music, and books. To attend this session, you must have a child aged 1 - 5 years.

Do you have basic computer skills but want to learn more about computers and how to efficiently and safely use a computer? This course is for you!
