One on One IT Help

Do you need some focused support with computers or technology?
Do you have a new computer or mobile device and want to learn how to use it?
Do you want a hand with eBooks, eMagazines and eAudio?
Book a 30 minute IT help session, and our friendly staff will help you.

We can help you with PCs, Macs, and all kinds of phones and tablets. If you’ve got a question about your own device (a laptop, phone or tablet), make sure to bring it along.

Otherwise, you can use one of the library’s computers or tablets. Please let us know in the comments section whether you’ll be bringing your own device and what kind of device it is.

Individual arrangements will be made for each session to ensure social distance can be maintained, including displaying your device on an external screen, and the use of a Perspex screen.

This session is not a class.
