Join award-winning author and novel-writing mentor, Lyn Yeowart, in this hands-on workshop exploring advanced features of Microsoft Word. Learn how to easily create, review and edit the structure of your novel, as well as some time-saving tips and tricks to help you refine and edit your masterpiece before submitting it to competitions, agents and publishers.
What you’ll need to bring:
- a laptop (pc or Mac) with Microsoft Word on it.
- a pen
- a curious mind.

About Lyn Yeowart:
Lyn Yeowart is a consulting writer and editor who lives on the traditional lands of the Kulin Nation. Her debut novel, The Silent Listener, won the 2022 Indie Book Award for Debut Fiction, was a finalist in the UK People’s Book Prize, and was shortlisted for three other national awards in Australia. The Hollow Girl, her second novel, was published in September 2025.
