Sri Sri Yoga

Practicing Sri Sri Yoga is a simple and powerful way to bring more awareness and ease to your experience of living. By using practices that harmonise all the systems of the physical body and all the levels of our existence (physical, energetic, mental, emotional and causal) we feel more comfortable, well and happy. As we relax more and more into self awareness and harmony we effortlessly experience the true meaning of Yoga.

Each session will include breath work, postures, wisdom, rest and meditation. Postures , its alignments will be corrected to make the practice more experiential and effective. As we relax more and more into self awareness and harmony we effortlessly experience the true meaning of Yoga.

FREE Trial sessions will be available for new participants.

Please bring your own mat while coming to the session, keep some drinking water handy, a meditation cushion and shawl. Reach the venue 5 mins before the start time so you can settle down comfortably. Teacher will be available for a few minutes after each class to answer any questions that you might like to discuss.
