Building from the Industry Mentoring Toolkit, Opportunity Wyndham is excited to host a workshop highlighting the benefits and impacts of mentoring.

This workshop is designed to introduce people leaders and emerging leaders to the foundations of mentoring, including ways to embed these into the workplace. Topics include: ·

- The role of mentors in supporting new team members in the workplace
- The potential impact mentoring can have on both mentors and mentees
- The overarching goals and objectives of a mentoring program, and how to implement it
