Wyndham Chen’s Tai Chi Incorporated is a community organisation based in Point Cook, offering Tai Chi classes, Chinese singing and cultural dance activities for all ages. Under the guidance of Master Shengyong Guo, a 16th‑generation inheritor of the Chen family Tai Chi lineage, our group promotes health, balance, wellbeing and cultural connection.

We provide gentle Tai Chi sessions suitable for seniors, beginners and experienced practitioners, helping improve mobility, strength, relaxation and confidence. Our Chinese singing and dance classes support cultural expression, creativity and community engagement.
