Listen to practical ideas, real-life examples and empowering messages about building emotional resilience in children and families. This event is aimed at parents and carers and is for ages 18+.

Deborah Sugirthakumar is an educator by profession, author, broadcaster, and community advocate with a strong focus on mental health, family wellbeing, and positive development in children. She is also the host of the radio show Mindful Moments, where she creates conversations that empower individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and awareness.
