You may need to prepare and lodge a drainage design submission to make sure that your stormwater infrastructure meets the standards under the Wyndham City Stormwater Management Guideline. This needs to happen after your planning permit has been issued and any development plans and sustainability reports have been endorsed.

Your drainage design
Your drainage system must be designed in accordance with the Wyndham City Council drainage design guideline (PDF 1.07MB).
We strongly suggest you get a copy of your Permissible Site Discharge (PSD) before you begin your drainage design. To request a PSD, email the stormwater engineering team at planningdrain.submission@wyndham.vic.gov.au. Your subject line should follow the format WYP00000/ Property address (request for PSD).
How to lodge your submission
To lodge your drainage design submission, you will need to provide:
- your endorsed development plan
- a legal point of discharge document
- an endorsed Sustainable Design Assessment (SDA) or Environmentally Sensitive Design (ESD) report (if applicable).
