Tidda Counselling is a ndis registered child and family therapy practice located in Point Cook, Victoria. We provide a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment for children, young people, and families experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental, social, or neurodivergent support needs.

Our services include child-centred play therapy, counselling, parent coaching, filial therapy, LEGO®-based therapy, early childhood supports, group programs, and NDIS therapeutic supports. We work with children who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma-related concerns, social communication challenges, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, sensory sensitivities, school-related challenges, and family stress.

Tidda Counselling takes a child-centred, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centred approach. We support children to build emotional regulation, confidence, communication skills, social connection, resilience, and a stronger sense of safety. We also work closely with parents, caregivers, schools, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to provide consistent and meaningful support across home, school, and community environments.

As a registered NDIS provider, Tidda Counselling supports eligible participants through therapeutic services, early childhood supports, and capacity-building interventions. Our goal is to help children and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow, connect, and thrive.
