Get ready for an energetic afternoon of street dance culture in NB Studios, Truganina on 24 May 2026, featuring two immersive workshops led by experienced dancers from the hip-hop community.

This event offers two separate 2-hour sessions, and participants can choose to attend either one session or both, depending on their interest and experience. It’s designed for dancers, enthusiasts, and anyone keen to explore authentic dance styles.

The first session is Old School Hip-Hop led by Rajan 'Funk', a long time practitioner of Hip-Hop, Locking, House, and Breaking. The second session is Tutting with Jugal Thakkar, known for his underground battle experience and unique style blending tutting, threading, waving, and animation.

Open to beginners and intermediate dancers aged 8+, the workshop is a chance to learn foundations, musicality, movement techniques, and creative expression from skilled instructors. Whether joining one class or the full experience, attendees can expect a fun, high-energy environment and a chance to connect with Melbourne’s dance community.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring water & snacks, and lots of energy.
