Manor Lakes outdoor youth space
Thanks to $190,000 in funding from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, Council is transforming part of the car park next to the youth building at Manor Lakes Community Centre into a vibrant outdoor youth space.
The new area will feature a basketball half court, mini volleyball/badminton court, foursquare court, shelter, picnic tables and seating.
It will include colourful acrylic artwork and secure fencing, and has been designed for year-round fun, activity and social connection for young people and the wider community.
Construction is expected to commence in March 2026 and be complete in mid-2026.
