Get Reading and warm up this Winter with a good book from Wyndham libraries!
Wyndham City’s Deputy Mayor Cr Josh Gilligan said: “Now is the perfect time to pop into one of Wyndham’s five libraries or the Williams Landing and Truganina Library Lounges and borrow some books that will be sure to keep you interested.”
“The Warm Winter Read is now open for young people aged 16-plus.”
“Our adult Warm Winter reading challenge runs until Saturday 31 August 2025. We encourage you to take time to snuggle up with a great book each week.”
Track your reading online or if you prefer you can complete a reading journal to go in the running to win a prize.
Grab a bookmark from your local library and take part in the fortnightly challenges to keep your winter reading warm.
Not sure what to read next? Library staff can help you find a story to snuggle up with as the temperature drops.
“Library membership is free and our extensive collection includes books, magazines, audiobooks, eBooks, comics, streaming content such as films, TV, music and more. Whether you prefer to borrow in-branch or online, there’s something to interest even the fussiest reader.”
“Best of all, it’s free to join and borrow! If you aren't already a member, you can sign up online or visit one of the five library branches.” said Cr Gilligan
