Wyndham Disability Connection Expo – Pre-Approved Stallholder Registration 2026

The WDSN working group is now ready to receive registration details from the successful service providers for the Wyndham Disability Connection Expo. The expo will be held Saturday 30 May 2026, 8am to 4pm (includes set up and pack up time).

Please familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions as it contains information in regard to refunds and withdrawal conditions.

Registration fee covers: one table, two chairs and two lunch boxes (2 personnel per organisation).

All stallholders will need to complete the registration form below and attach the following:

Public Liability Certificate
Evidence of the paid invoice
Closing date for all documents is 5pm, 16 April 2026.

Your personal information is being collected by Wyndham City Council for the purpose of the survey for approved stallholders to participate in the Wyndham Connection Expo 2026 and will only be used for this objective. Your information will be stored in Council’s Customer Database and used to identify you when communicating with Council.
