The Artisans Bottega

The Artisan's Bottega was started in 1965 by a young Italian couple, Lou and Celeste Baggio. Lou was an engineer with a passion for wine making. The business was started as a small, family store. It is now managed by his son, Steve Baggio.
Though the business has grown and the equipment has changed a lot, there is still something that is the same - and that is the idea of Artisan's Bottega being a small, friendly, neighborhood business. With years of hard work and passion to bring in the world's best food equipment to every kitchen, Artisan's Bottega has carved a special place in the heart's of its customers.

People from all walks of life walk into the Epping and Laverton North (previously in West Melbourne) stores every day. The stores are filled with good quality and affordable brewing/wine equipment, salami and sausage-making machines, consumables, spirit essences and much more. Every customer comes in hoping to find tools to help him or her produce fresh, preservative-free and tasty food and beverage!
