Wyndham City Libraries is proud to join the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign (25 November to 10 December), a global call for action against one of the world’s most persistent violations of human rights: violence against women. 

We offer a diverse collection of resources sharing stories about violence against women to help break the silence about gender-based violence, confront discriminatory attitudes, and call for improved laws and services to end this global injustice. 

Violence against women is not inevitable; it is preventable. It all starts with respect and every step matters, even if it begins with a single book.
