Thank you for joining in our April Active Holidays program, we hope you enjoyed Getting Out, Being Active and Having Fun.

Wyndham City partners with community organisations to bring you a fun-packed free Active Holidays program each school holiday. We organise and also promote other organisations' sessions to help kids get active, have fun and find out what they can get involved in in Wyndham. - Get Out, Be Active, Have Fun!

Are you an Activity provider?

If you are a sports club or physical provider who runs activities in Wyndham and you are keen to partner with us, please email activewyndham@wyndham.vic.gov.au - it is a great way for people to try out your activities.

Registration and Safety Information
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early and ensure your name is ticked off on the register.
  • As a ChildSafe organisation we request that you do not take photos or videos during the sessions.
  • Outdoor sessions may be subject to changeable weather including heat and wind. Please wear appropriate clothing, footwear and bring water. Wyndham City with the activity providers will monitor weather and advise registered participants of any changes or cancellations to sessions.
  • Most activities require pre-booking - limited spaces are available. If you are not able to attend please cancel your booking through Humanitix so others may take your place.
  • If an activity is fully booked, use the waiting list, Humanitix will email when a space is opened up - book quickly before it is passed onto the next person.
  • Under 16s must have a parent/ carer 16 years or over at the activity location.
  • If you are not registered then the organisation has the right to not include you in their sessions due to health and safety, please be polite they are offering activities for free for kids to have fun.
  • Participants' bookings whose age is not within the activity age range will be cancelled
  • Please follow any processes in place as directed by the organisation/ coach(s).
  • If there are medical conditions, please inform the coaches.
  • Please do not contact the activity organisers directly,
  • Turning up without booking is likely to cause disappointment for your child - booking numbers are to keep sessions to a safe to instructor to child ratio.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with future session improvement. Your information is being collected and processed in line with Wyndham City's privacy policy. To find out more, read here.

Our aim is for everyone to have a positive experience when attending the Active Holidays program, children feel safe and have fun. This program is a partnership with community organisations. If you have any feedback about the session that you attend please email activewyndham@wyndham.vic.gov.au
