Residents and visitors are invited to come together and celebrate a decade of connection, creativity and community at the Saltwater Community Centre’s 10th Anniversary event this May.

This free, family-friendly celebration will take place on Saturday 16 May from 1pm to 5pm at Saltwater Community Centre in Point Cook.

The milestone event will showcase the vibrant community that has grown around the centre over the past 10 years, with a lively program featuring music and dance performances from both past and present community groups. 

Attendees can also enjoy a range of activities including a craft market, live mural painting, interactive workshops, and a variety of food offerings, highlighting the diverse cultures and talents within the Wyndham community. 

Since opening its doors in 2016, Saltwater Community Centre has become a vital hub for local residents and supported arts, cultural activities, community programs and social connections that reflect the strengths and aspirations of the neighbourhood.

This anniversary event provides an opportunity to reflect on the centre’s impact over the past decade while bringing the community together to celebrate its future.
