This month is an all ages event. To celebrate Spring and the school holidays we are heading to the beach. The morning will be at the Nautical playground. We are planning a beach ramble, discovering the wide variety of plants and animals that occur along the shoreline. NatureWest educator Susie will join us to identify and explain our discoveries. We will also do a clean up as there is always washed up rubbish on the shoreline. The event will conclude with a small morning tea. Or you could make a day of it and BYO lunch and enjoy the park for a little longer.

We will have the gardening tools available too, if you feel the need to weed!!

Finally, Coastcare team member Robert, will also be there potting up cuttings of the local plants, ready for future planting events, if you want to learn how to do this and lend him a hand, Robert will be very happy to share his skills with you all.
