These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with other documents and information relating to the program, including your EOI form and the information made available on Council’s website.

Submission of an EOI does not confirm your participation in the program. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application using the contact details provided in their EOI form

2.2. You agree to immediately notify Council of any changes to your EOI, including the request to withdraw your EOI by emailing creativeprogramming@wyndham.vic.gov.au.

2.3. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, or corrupt EOIs.

6. WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION

6.1If you need to withdraw from the program at any time, please do so by notifying Council by email to CreativeProgramming@wyndham.vic.gov.au, explaining your specific reason/s for needing to withdraw.
