Terms and Conditions

By submitting an expression of interest to become a participant of the program you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with other documents and information relating to the project, including your EOI form and the information made available on Council’s website.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to submit an EOI, you must be a Wyndham resident aged 18 years or older. Council staff, Councillors, and their immediate family, Annette Wagner and her immediate family, Baaqiy Ghazali from BAAQIY and their immediate family, Corin Corcoran and their immediate family members, Jude NG from JUDE their immediate family and immediate family members of Sai Wai Foo are ineligible to apply.

1.1 Applicants must agree to commit to participating in the program’s entirety.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
2.1 EOIs must be submitted between MON 29 JUN ’26 and MON 19 OCT 11.59 PM ’26 via https://www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/form/expression-of-interest-tapestry-&nb…;
EOIs which are incomplete or received outside of this period will not be accepted.
2.2 You agree to immediately notify Council of any changes to your EOI, including the request to withdraw your EOI by emailing arts@wyndham.vic.gov.au
2.3 Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt EOIs.
ASSESSMENT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTERESTS
3.1 EOIs will be assessed by two Council officers and Annette Wagner of Wunder Gym TUES 12 OCT ‘26 – THURS 22 OCT ‘26 in accordance with its evaluation criteria. 20 applicants will be selected for participation.
3.2 All applicants will be contacted by email no later than FRI 23 OCT ‘26 and advised of the outcome of their application.
GENERAL
4.1 Council reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you.
4.2 Council’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
