As the Glow of LIT 2026 slowly fades, we are grateful to everyone who came across the 10 nights and helped cement this event as one of the most beloved by our community.
Breeze by renowned western suburbs light studio Ramus was the centrepiece of the event holding a commanding presence on the main lawn. With its epic veils blowing gently in the wind and its captivating projection wowing visitors with its scale, but also its gentleness.
Acute Immersion by Genius Laser Technology proved to be a highlight with visitors wandering the magical trail becoming immersed in the dreamlike space. Interlaced Tapestry by Chalk River Labs, was a delightful surprise hit. A vibrant work about yarn bombing projected on Wyndham Park’s very own rocket ship slide. Chalk River Labs also presented Prismidion, a pyramid of swirling colour and soothing movement.
Visitors were also lucky enough to experience the Victorian debut of two incredible sculptural projection works by Sydney based design stable H0RSE. Macula, a large spiralling bamboo sculpture mapped with mesmerising projections was a definite selfie worthy moment. And Silent Observers, a beautiful and poignant work about the lives of trees accompanied by a hauntingly beautiful soundscape, felt like it could become a permanent feature of Wyndham Park.
Other highlights were the whimsical Cassowaries by A Blanck Canvas and the hypnotic canopy of light Pixel Sky by LIT favourites Studio John Fish. Not to mention the tender collection of hand-drawn, illuminated images Interwoven Tree, by local Wyndham artist Rebecca Kable.
Thank you to everyone who came along to experience the Glow and who help to make LIT a vibrant celebration of creativity, community, and the landscape that shapes it.
