At Mothers Choice FDC, we challenge our own beliefs and make changes to our practices, environments and program to reflect the voices of children, educators, families and the wider community.

Mothers Choice Family Day Care supports the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child declaration and believes the family is central to a child's life and the child’s voice is always respected. We believe children thrive in environments that provide opportunity to experience a sense of being, belonging and becoming.

Mothers Choice Family Day Care aims to create a homely setting in which children will find comfort, kindness and an abundance of opportunities for self-discovery according to individual needs, interests and abilities. Through reflective practice we can advance children’s learning and development by gathering information that supports and informs our decision making process.
