Lionheart Krav Maga

Lionheart Krav Maga is a member of the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF), the largest Krav Maga family, teaches the best and most effective fighting and self defense system available. Used by military, special forces and many other military and civilian organizations. 

Adult self defence: Krav Maga was designed to suit every man, woman, boy or girl, who might need it to save their lives. It will teach you the skills to survive an attack while sustaining minimal harm.



Kids self defence: Our kids self defense enables children to learn self-defense techniques in a short period of time. The techniques are carefully adapted to match their respective age, physical and mental abilities. They are taught how to recognize common threats like bullies and kidnappers. The training improves their self-esteem, builds confidence, respect and discipline. 



Strength & conditioning: Our programs have been designed to consistently increase your anaerobic and aerobic fitness, build muscle endurance and strength. The Classes are based on a high intensity platform, and all movements can be scaled to your currently level of fitness, assisting you to improve or functional mobility and build muscular endurance.
